General
For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, "we", "our" and "us" means Illar audio and "you" and "your" means the user or customer of this website.

The following is the Agreement which applies to your use of our web pages and/or Facebook for the purchase of online goods. By browsing through the Website, opening an Account, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please note that this Agreement may be amended from time to time due to technological and applicable law changes.

Product descriptions
We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Because of differences in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.

Product Prices
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product at the time of placing an order. The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but in some cases does not include postage/delivery charges.

Security
We will take reasonable steps to secure the website and the systems in our control that are used to access and use the website. However, given the nature of the internet, it is sometimes unreliable and is a difficult medium to secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or any information that passes through such systems.

Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days when payment has cleared into our account. After this time, your order will be dispatched within the next 2 business day.

We use a number of local couries where you will be required to sign for the delivery of the parcel if required. If no one is present, a card will be left advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel can be emailed to you on request, once your order has been dispatched.

We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured or insurance payout. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.


Payment
We accept After-pay, Bank Transfers, PayPal and Credit/debit Card payments (Visa and Mastercard) via paypal
Bank Transfers must be received within 7 days from the time the order has been processed. If you can't make this timeline, please notify us of your situation otherwise your order will be removed from our systems.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please Contact us as with in 48 hours of placing order.
If you cancel before your order with in 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
If we have no contact with in 48 hours your order can no longer be cancelled and will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please select carefully when making your purchase.
To return a product once your order arrives, follow the Returns process. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.

Return Policy
  • All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged in transit or defective (factory fault)
  • We do not offer refund for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  • Manufacturers warranty is void if damaged due to failure in installation or power surge. Professional installation is required with copy of invoice/certificate by company of installation for warranty, invoice/certificate from installer is mandatory for warranty claims.
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 5 days from the received date and be returned to us with details of fault, replacment will only be issues with proof via form of invoice/certificate from company of installation only then will A replacement will be issued.
  • Subwoofer Enclosures, Door pods and/or Mids speaker Enclosures have a 1 month warranty, failure to report any fault with in this time frame indicates their is no issues. If issue arises after this time frame a no payment refund applies, only replacement will be offered with return of faulty/defective product.
  • Items with manufacturers' defects must be reported within the warranty period (12 months from date of purchase). We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and have it shipped back to you as soon as possible. In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and replacement is not available, a full refund of product (cost at time of purchase) will be issued.
  • Where a warranty claim is granted, Refunds will be made to customers nominated bank account.
  • No cash refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned faulty/defective product. products must be returned with all original contents, accompanied with invoice and proof of installation by professional company.
  • Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Speakers and subwoofers with burnt or blackened voice coils, separated coils, spiders and cones are deemed abused or misused and will not be covered by standard warranty.
  • Items intended as gifts or otherwise should be inspected for physical damage as such claims beyond the DOA period will be rejected.
  • Returned items should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable mean.
  • Customer is responsible for postage or delivery of all faulty, damaged products for inspection. If product is found faulty, damaged and dose not full under ( Section A ) we will provide a repair, refund or replacement. Unless product shows signs of damaged coursed by customer.
  • Items requiring installation can only be claimed if proof of professional certified installer is provided.
  • (Section A) We do not give cash refunds on Subwoofer Enclosures, Door pods, Mids speaker boxes, Batterys ( unless faulty by factory ) , Power cables, Speaker cables, Fuses, Fuse holders, RCA cables or custom installations. Unless proven item is defective by branded manufacturer.
  • This warranties policy also covers our social media sites and/or non social media sites.
  • Social media sites include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and more.
This warranty does not limit your entitlements to other consumer warranties as provided by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

You may use this web site only for your personal and non-commercial purposes. Unless expressly authorised under this Agreement, you must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute any material on this web site or create any other material using material on this web site, without obtaining our prior written consent.
